Terms and Conditions
Your decision to register for LAB Camp | Drums constitutes your acknowledgment of and consent to all of the registration, payment and cancellation terms and conditions listed below.
Registration and Payments
·All rates are per-person.
·All rates include all applicable taxes.
·A 200€ non refundable deposit is required to register.
Cancellations:
·For cancellations received before the 30th of April 2025 you will get a refund of your paid fee except from the 200€ non-refundable deposit.
·For cancellations received after the 1st of May 2025 the total of the paid amount is non-refundable.
·The participant acknowledges that he/she has no right to lodge damage claims against the organizers should he/she not be able to attend the LAB Camp due to canceled or delayed travel means caused by Force Majeure.
·Travel insurance is not included and participants are therefore advised to take out their own travel insurance.
General Liability Release:
By registering for the LAB Camp, you hereby release the organizers, its employees, and all associated entities, from all claims, liabilities, loss to property, damages, injuries, etc. arising out of or in connection with your participation in any aspect LAB Camp.
Minors:
Minors under the age of 18 must provide a signed minor consent form.
·Teachers or curriculum schedule is subject to change. The organizers reserve the right to offer qualified substitute faculty at our discretion in the event of the inability of a faculty member to attend, or other special circumstances (illness, etc). If any such changes are made, the organizers will make reasonable efforts to notify registrants by all means (email, website update, etc). Attendees are still responsible for the full amount of their registration fee.
·Event Cancellation: The organizers reserve the right to cancel the event at any time at their discretion if deemed necessary. If the event is canceled, all fees collected by the organizer will be refunded. The organizers are not responsible for reimbursing any travel fees, fees for accommodations not provided by them.
·We strongly advice that you arrive in Athens (Athens International Airport - ATH) no later than the morning of May 11th and arrange your departure for not earlier than 6pm on May 16th.
·Lessons will be held in English.

We would like to inform you that a fully equipped medical office is available for all the visitors of the Ranch. The Ranch is located in a private, 24h secured area, with every security certification. Strict hygiene rules are applied.

The company "ILOVEMUSIC G.P." (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") based in Athens on 6 Kodratou, maintains the music school franchise "Lab Music Education" in Greece, and is responsible for the processing of your personal data; more specifically for its security, integrity and the preservation of its confidentiality. - Full Name
- Contact information (home address, home and mobile phone numbers, email address, fax)
- The content of messages that you may send.

Your personal information is collected and processed to:
- allow us contact you to complete the registration of a trial lesson.
- allow us contact you to complete the registration to one of our camps.
- facilitate and promote your communication with the school.
- maintain contact and communication with you so that we receive any questions or comments you wish to send us
- send you news and updates concerning our Schools, if you so desire.
The legal bases of the above procedures are the necessary measures to gain your consent, which is used to allow you to receive updates and newsletters.
4. How do we process your personal data and who do we share it with?
Your personal data is processed solely by authorized employees of the company, in compliance with the provisions of the existing national and European legislation on privacy. We may in exceptional cases disclose your personal information data to third companies, which provide us with IT services and hosting services of the website, only to the extent required for the provision of their services. These companies execute the processing of your personal data on our behalf, in accordance with our instructions and orders and always in compliance with the applicable law for the protection of personal data.
